Architectural Competitions
Architectural Design competitions deliver exciting buildings and projects in a cost-effective manner. They drive up quality, stimulate creativity and innovation and generate a range of ideas for the benefit of clients. They are a highly successful procurement model that brings out the best in a project – often providing a platform to showcase new and emerging talent.
The Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA) has supported the principle of architectural competitions since the 1960’s and is committed to running fair competitions to improve the quality and sustainability of the built environment in Ghana and the procurement process for architectural works in Ghana.
